Ice-Dyed Hat & Socks

The swirling patterns came out way more vivid than I expected, and the rubber band twisting was surprisingly easy to get the hang of. The science aspect with the melting ice made it a fun little project, and the hat fits well.

The swirling patterns on the hat came out even better than the photos, and I loved that the ice dyeing itself taught me something about how colors blend. The socks took a bit longer to set, but the whole kit kept my kids busy for an afternoon.
