The first experiment took us about ten minutes to set up, and the way the liquid swirls into a perfect little tornado is genuinely mesmerizing. It’s rare to find a toy that keeps my kids curious instead of just clicking a button.

My 7-year-old has replayed the vortex experiments at least a dozen times since it arrived, and I love that it turns messy curiosity into structured play. The way the swirling patterns hold her attention is genuinely impressive for a simple kit.

The tabletop demo was the highlight of our weekend—watching the vortex spin up close made both my 8-year-old and me lean in. It's sturdy enough for repeat trials, and the instructions leave room for kids to test their own wild ideas.
