Quick answer
The KiwiCo Construction Excavator Costume is a single-piece dress-up set designed for kids who love big machines. It includes an excavator-themed outfit that encourages hands-on, imaginative play.
What the costume is made for
This costume is built for active role-play, not for formal occasions. The design focuses on durability and comfort so kids can move freely while pretending to operate a digger.
Because it's a single-piece outfit, there are no separate accessories like hats or tools included. That keeps the setup simple but means you may want to add a hard hat or toy tools for extra pretend play.
Frequently asked questions about the Construction Excavator Costume
- What pieces come in the set?
- The set includes one excavator-themed costume piece. It is a full-body or tunic-style outfit (depending on size) that slips over the child's clothes. No separate hat, gloves, or tools are included.
- What sizes are available?
- KiwiCo typically offers this costume in a range of children's sizes. Check the product page for the specific size options and measurements. The fabric has some give, but sizing up is recommended if your child is between sizes. Measure your child's chest and height before ordering to ensure a good fit.
- How do I clean the costume?
- Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or drying, as heat may damage the printed details or fabric. Air dry flat.
- Is this costume suitable for outdoor play?
- Yes, the durable fabric is fine for outdoor use, but avoid muddy or wet conditions. The costume is not waterproof and may stain easily if dragged on the ground. Supervise outdoor play and consider wearing old clothes underneath.
- Can I use this costume for Halloween or costume parties?
- Absolutely. The excavator theme works well for construction-themed events, dress-up days, or Halloween. Pair it with a toy hard hat and a small shovel for a more complete look.
