Mega Hand

The gears move so smoothly that my daughter figured out how to grip and release objects within ten minutes of opening the box. It’s genuinely impressive watching her control those giant fingers, and I love that it sparks conversations about how real prosthetics work.

The assembly was intuitive enough that my daughter mostly did it herself, and the oversized fingers genuinely move with satisfying clicks. It’s the kind of project that turns a rainy Sunday into a mini engineering lesson without feeling like homework.

My son spent a whole afternoon putting this together and the moment he slipped his hand into the oversized mechanical claw, his face just lit up. Watching him figure out how each lever makes the fingers curl is exactly the kind of hands-on learning I was hoping for.
