Mia ★★★★★

The geared drawers are such a clever touch—they swing out smoothly and make storing the pieces feel almost theatrical. My kids fight over who gets to pull them open first, and the wooden pieces have a nice heft that makes the whole set feel sturdier than a typical travel chess board.

Violet ★★★★★

Putting it together with my grandkid took a lazy Sunday afternoon, and the geared drawers swing out with this satisfying click that made the whole build feel like a real project. The all-wood pieces have a nice heft, and the illustrated guide on the board gave us a few good pointers mid-game.

Olivia ★★★★★

The hidden drawers are such a clever touch—my kids love watching them swing out to grab the wooden pieces. Assembly took a bit of patience, but seeing the gears work makes it totally worth it.
