Pasar Petani

My kids have been playing with this every afternoon since it arrived, and I love that it gets them talking about where food actually comes from instead of just staring at screens. The little produce pieces are sturdy enough to survive daily toss-and-sort games, which says a lot.

The little crates and fake veggies have our kitchen table turned into a full-on market every afternoon, and the kids actually argue over who gets to be the cashier. It’s the kind of simple pretend play that keeps them busy for ages without a screen in sight.

My kid set up a whole pretend stall in the living room and spent an hour sorting the produce into the little crates by color. The activity guide has some surprisingly clever questions that got her thinking about where food comes from. It's the kind of toy that keeps them busy without a screen.
