We built both blasters in under an hour and the kids immediately started a soak-the-dad ambush. The splash disks swap out easily and the piston really launches water, not just a dribble.

The pump tube design is clever—my daughter figured out the build in about ten minutes and was soaking me from across the yard. Swapping the splash disks kept the game fresh for hours, and the pistons held up to some aggressive pumping. Definitely worth the money.

My kids spent an entire afternoon swapping the splash disk pieces to see which one shot the farthest—ended up with a full-on backyard war. The pistons are solid enough that even after a dozen refills nothing leaked, which impressed me.
