Gemotoriseerde Spin Art

My 8-year-old and I set up the motorized spin platform in about 15 minutes, and we were both glued watching the colors splatter outward as it spun. The centripetal force part actually clicked when we saw the paint fly off at different speeds — sneaky learning in a fun afternoon activity.

The 6 included colors are surprisingly vibrant and the motor keeps a steady speed, so my kids made a dozen paintings without any splatter mess. It's a fun way to talk about science while they create, and cleanup was easier than I expected.

The motorized platform spins fast and steady, and the six colors made some surprisingly cool layered patterns. Watching the paint fly outward while explaining centripetal force to my nephew turned into a mini science lesson he actually enjoyed.
