Astronaut Startpaket

My six-year-old and I launched both orbiter ships within ten minutes of opening the box, and the pump mechanism is sturdy enough to survive repeated use. The planet painting set kept her engaged for a whole afternoon, though I wish the kit came with a paintbrush.

The pump-launch mechanism worked way better than I expected — my kids had both orbiters flying across the yard within ten minutes of opening the box. Painting the planets kept them busy for another hour, and it held up to repeated launches without any pieces snapping.

My six-year-old spent an entire afternoon launching the pump-powered orbiters across the living room, and the fact that they actually flew farther than I expected was the highlight. The planet painting kept her busy for another hour, and we haven't even touched the mini solar system build yet.
